For SVr056 we welcome back our very own soulTec for his second release on the label.

Kicking off the EP we have 'Artform' which harks back to the golden age of liquid drum and bass. Jazzy piano and brass samples, rolling drums, upright jazzy bass with a rumbling sub. This one is unmistakably soulTec. Managing to be mellow but at the same time dancefloor ready.
Other highlights from the EP are 'Once More' Which brings signature soulTec piano played around complimentary samples, underpinned by more rolling breaks and 808 bass, and closing out the EP we have co label owner Mark Halflite on remix duties for soulTec 'Touch The Sky' This is an excellent reworking, adding tough amens and intricate layered bass to take the tune to another level.

All tracks are professionally mastered by Beau of 'Intense' fame and accompanied by original Sheer Velocity Recordings Artwork
